This is the best searchbar app on Shopify. Where others I have downloaded have required code editing to get it to function the way you want- this one doesn't. You can hide collections, tags, and whatever else you don't want to be visible in search results. There are tons of settings that may take a little while to learn to but the documentation and support is also fantastic and is right there to help you with getting it set up just right for your store.
