Smart Search Bar & Filters by Searchanise is a fantastic search app. We use it for both the search box and the "Narrow your Search" functionality on the sidebar. The search box has many capabilities, including matching of text in your product titles and descriptions. We sell automotive fasteners and have tens of thousands of cross-reference numbers, year/make/model combinations, part attributes such as length, width, height, etc. and Searchanise accommodates all of it. Our customers easily find what they need by searching nearly anything related to the product. In addition, Searchanise accommodates synonyms of search terms, and you can add replacement words so that if somebody searches using an odd phrase or word you can have that redirect to the correct product. You can also run many different reports. We run the Zero Results report frequently which shows us what customers are searching for, and allows us to figure out how best to direct that search in the future. Finally, support is top-notch. This is a big team developing this product with a proper ticketing system, fast follow-up, complete answers to questions, proper escalation as needed, etc. Even for feature improvements you'll find they are very eager to hear your suggestions and often will roll out the changes quickly. This app is well worth the money, I don't think we could run our business without it. Show more
