Ilya P. was very helpful, nice and quick with my requests. However, I wish the app itself was more user friendly with CSS modifications. Just to change the button color of the search results required CSS code from the support team instead of having a better UX. In general a good app. Support is very quick at least. Show more
Excellent app. We have been using it on our Shopify Plus store as our default search for around three years. I am leaving this review now because I recently reached out to them for a glitch in our billing settings. And they quickly fixed the issue. We especially like the ability to keep certain products from showing up in the search, and the ability to customize what customers see (order of pages, products, etc) in the search drop down. The built-in analytics are an important feature we also appreciate. Definitely recommend. Show more
