One of the best customer service I have had on Shopify period! Arianne was super helpful, sorted out things with me and was quick on the reply. The platform is easy to use, and has lots of features to play with! Also has POS integration which Arianne pointed out which is super useful! She managed to give up loads of goodies on the app and was just super helpful! Was with Loyalty Lion before this and they don't really have a "customer service", and takes days to reply. SO based on that, Rivo is Awesome!!! Show more

Rivo got some really cool features that make it easy to start a loyalty program. I especially like that there's no limit on how many customers can join or how many emails you can send.
