Pete was very nice and answered my questions quickly. As for the app itself, it's pretty easy to understand with the tutorials and video help included. My only complaint is that the free version feels skimpy. You don't even get to give birthday rewards on the free version. However it is just enough to get a rewards program started and I can still offer a decent amount of ways for customers to earn rewards. Considering the nice support this app has, I still think its a good one to grow with my shop. Show more
