Used this app for months without issue. Worked fine, then like many other devs out there they locked certain things behind a paywall out of nowhere without notice or advising us. The app stopped working, stopped collecting reviews and when i approached support their answer was to remove the app and reinstall. Doing this then lost me access to the badge in bottom left hand corner, this was locked behind a paywall which previously was not for me as i joined them early on nor did they tell me this would happen. All in all just another horrific experience with developers that want you when they have no reviews but as soon as they can change to paid systems they do so without notice. Also for some reason they have access to my google listings through their app and can control my google shopping prices listing etc. which we do not want. Something i was not aware of and google warn you before installing this app due to this. This was not the case when i first installed this. Shopify should protect against devs like this. I hate how many of them act in total bad faith Show more
