SC Product Options

I'm still learning the "ins and outs" of the app, but this review specifically speaks to the timing of the implementation. Bold Apps Rocks! I expected the installation to take days. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting on other Shopify "EXPERTS" to call me back. In one day's time, I was able to get my installation and start using it. We all know how difficult it is to start any business, let alone an online one (especially if you don't write code, sometimes even if you do). You want to know if the solution is the right one for you, and be able to get out of it quickly if its not. I can honestly say, because of the speed of response (which I expect all the time now :-) ), I'm looking at all of their other apps, and wondering if the Bold Apps team can help me in other areas. We wanted to add a disclaimer to a specific product and have the buyer agree to it before the item can be added into the shopping cart, and Product Options allowed us to accomplish this, saving us the costs of customization. Their short how-to videos were very helpful and using the APP was no-sweat at all. Support is also great. Quick turn-around on emails and very nice and friendly staff. Highly-recommended app!
