They where prompt, easy to communicate with and understood my needs and had it done in a timely manner! This app is much more user friendly than similar ones I've tried before, and the support team who helped me (Emma C. and Nguyen Duc Duong in particular) were prompt, clear, and very helpful. Great customer service. Jonas was able to help me and get me the information I needed to know to see if it was a fit for me. Best service I've had from anywhere in a really long time. They also offer a live demo appointment if you need it. As for the app, it was easy to add and super easy to use. . As a bonus, if you weren't convinced already, it's a free app!
