What a mess . . . . I change a setting in the options then save - and it doesn't save! It takes me at least 2 - 6 times of adjusting the setting and saving before it actually saves. Show more

This app solved a few issues for me. I'm able to add options to a variety of my products some with additional fees and some without. This wasn't an option for me while using a different app. The support I've received is unbelievable, first they response to me in a timely manner considering the time difference, then they have truly helped me create exactly what I envisioned. I have used this app for quite some time now, and I just work so well! I had some trouble with the design and reached out to support. Got in touch with Jonas, and he really did his job. He worked with the awesome developers Nguyen Duc Duong, Ngo Viet Cuong, and Nguyen Tien Loc. So if you need an app for option sets in Shopify, I would take a look at BSS Commerce or even reach out to Jonas to have a quick chat. Awesome guy! All in all, great and fast support and development. 5 Stars for the extraordinary customer service! I had a very "individual" request / problem and the dev team tried to fix it with code in my theme which wasn't possible bc of the theme I use. So they actually uploaded the code to their app's server. Thank you Nguyen Duc Duong for the great help! The customer support executive Josephine Dao was very polite and helpful as well, as she was the one that took my request to the dev team and did all the communication between the customer (me) and the dev team. I am delighted by this service and think its very rare to get that much personal help :) Show more
