I tested several options for a testimonial slider app and this one met the most of what I was looking for but not all. The design is clean. It was easy to set up. I had one glitchy thing (font wouldn't resize) that the support team easily fixed for me. I have several really long testimonials so I kind of wish there was a "read more" option to expand the area to read the whole testimonial instead of making the testimonial area big enough to fit all the text. Based on customer service. The app is NOT user friendly - because of the DIY nature of the product, the company does not offer installation or customization services hence you need to spend additional money aside from the $65 USD you already paid so a developer is needed. The slider is all over the place. I have requested to cancel the subscription and they replied that they will not refund me. Show more
