Ich habe die Lösung über längere Zeit genutzt und war anfangs wirklich überzeugt. Leider hat sich die Erfahrung zunehmend verschlechtert. Kommunikation wurde unzuverlässig, Rückmeldungen blieben aus und zugesagte Nachfassaktionen verliefen im Sand. Besonders enttäuschend ist, wenn vereinbarte Termine ohne Absage verstreichen. Das verstärkt den Eindruck, dass Verbindlichkeit und Kundenbetreuung nicht mehr die Priorität haben, die man sich als langjähriger Nutzer wünschen würde. Vielleicht hängt das auch damit zusammen, dass Pickware aktuell sehr präsent auf LinkedIn ist und somit keine Zeit mehr für den Kunden da ist. Schade und enttäuschend!
Wir arbeiten nun seit kurzem mit Pickware und sind absolut begeistert. Das System ist übersichtlich, Modern, zuverlässig und erleichtert uns den kompletten Prozess im Lager enorm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Top-Support: ein riesiges Dankeschön an Norman und Felix, die uns mit viel Geduld, Kompetenz und einer schnellen Reaktionszeit unterstützt haben.
Wir haben Pickware super einfach und schnell angebunden!!! Kurz vor Black Friday wurden durch einen sehr hilfsbereiten Support, egal ob per Telefon oder Mail, unterstützt und waren Pünktlich start in allen wichtigen WMS Punkten. - Barcodes für Produkte und Lagerplätze - Einrichtung der Pickware App auf IOS Geräten - Einlagerung, und natürlich das wichtigste: Kommissionieren von Bestellungen Super ist auch die Entwicklung der App in den letzten Monaten. Es kommen immer wieder Updates oder Bug-Fixes. Danke Pickware!!!
Super Support und tolles WMS! Funktioniert auch sehr gut als WMS zusammen mit Shopify POS. WMS Mobile kann ich auch sehr Empfehlen, vereinfacht die Vorgänger enorm!
Ich verwende Pickware seit über zwei Jahren und bin äußerst zufrieden mit der Software. Der Kundenservice ist nicht nur hilfsbereit und effizient, sondern auch die Performance des Tools überzeugt. Ausfälle sind selten, und falls doch einmal ein Problem auftritt, wird es schnell behoben. Ich habe bereits mehrere Anbieter ausprobiert, aber Pickware hat sich als die zuverlässigste Lösung erwiesen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar! Show more
