Excellent plugin with a lot of uses cases. I have used it for several different notifications in my business: -notify manual dropship vendor when an order is placed so they can fulfill (it uploads tracking info back to Shopify too) -alert us when someone who has issued a chargeback in the past places another order so we can deal with it -alert us when someone uses a PO Box so we can ensure the weight of the order is within USPS parameters -auto cancel high fraud flagged orders Customer service has been ultra responsive 100% of the time. Nothing at all bad to say about this plugin, it is WELL worth the small price. Show more
