Omnisend truly has it all! It is beginner friendly and it top notch metrics that show how the app brings revenue to our store. The free plan version also includes so much as it is. It integrates seemlesly with Shopify. Their education libraries and blogs on marketing are also very helpful. What I love the most is their customer service. I always get quick replies from their team. Today especially Dilara went out of her way to keep following up with me, and even sent me a screen recording with instructions on how to fix my problem in under a couple minutes. Show more

Good templates, not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Not sure it's worth it as i'm still using it only for cart recovery and never compare it to other apps. But this "Reviews" feature you advertise is THE MOST S*** you can come with! And you even compare your "features" with other apps with years on the market? Here is my honest feedback. Before asking others to switch, at least learn what is actually important for the customers - review feeds, google rich snippets, google product ratings, google seller ratings and so on. You simply have an email servers that send to collect feedback. That's it. Oh, an display the feedback too :D I really hope you didn't able to get more customers confused with your sh*t as the damage your app can cause may take months to recover. Show more

I had to move my store from ecwid to shopify as ecwid couldn't provide what I was wanting- I was able to move over my Onmisend to Shopify without loosing any of my set up or email subscribers. Was super easy!!! Very happy! Show more
