Fantastic. I was looking for a simple solution for regular group event bookings (we run a kids cafe with play sessions). I was easily able to set everything up myself in 1 day on our Shopify website, integrating it with our future products range. Great functionality such as: setting different priced tickets, being able to set different activities that are recurring with many different event times/days. There is an easy customer relationship management where I can individually track customers, change their bookings, send confirmation emails and reschedule events. I can also check people in and keep track of who attended. Support is great - I was able to request additional functionality and Cameron replies within a day and has been able to add most functionality that we needed in a few days time.
After trying out several other booking apps, I stumbled upon this one. Look no further! This app is straight-forward, simple to use (not overly complicated like so many others) and does exactly what we need it to for our small business with booking events. Great customer support.
Slick, simple user interface that has finally allowed me to book multi-day classes! I am so delighted with this app. Support from Cameron has been amazing, too! I wish I'd found this app years ago.
Really amazing customer support and a great app. There were a few minor features that we wanted and asked support and they had the app updated within the same day! I can't give them enough stars, very rarely do you find a Shopify app this straight forward to use that also has such reliable service. We have switched over to use this for all our booking of classes, customers have loved the automatic email reminders and we can send a follow up email to the class straight in the app. It has replaced a ton of spreadsheets and user error for us in the studio!
This app is all I was looking for. The user interface is customizable and looks good, it is easy to manage bookings and Cameron is great in fixing issues fast and adding missing features. I could not recommend enough.
