When installing the Garnet Marketplace app, it offered unlimited vendors and unlimited products. The monthly fee was $350. However, a day after installation, they started charging extra fees. And with $75 for every 5000 products, the monthly fee increased to approximately $500. This created significant distrust. Because tomorrow they might start charging a 5% commission on every sale, and migrating would take a long time. They also charged an additional $1000 for updated products to be submitted for approval. Everything is paid for. We tested the panel; there are many shortcomings and bugs. We have extensive experience as a marketplace for 5 years.

I’ve been using Garnet for over 2 years right now and need to say Francois and the team is great! I was using a different marketplace app before but whenever I had issues or something didn’t work they we not flexible at all or just said that something is not possible. With Garnet that was different. Francois helped me and thought with me from the start. Whenever I was missing a feature or needed something implemented in a different way he thought with me and helped me find a solution. It’s just great, now all my vocalists (vendors) have a great dashboard where they can upload their products and have a nice overview with their sales. And I have a great overview of the full marketplace.

Amazing - Francois and the team have been exceptional and really helped our marketplace grow into what it is today. When we launched, there was nothing like this app available so transforming a standard e-commerce store into a 2 sided marketplace was extremely challenging. Through this app we were able to build a scalable marketplace with all the functionality you can expect from any leading c2c marketplace

Garnet has been an absolute game changer for us as a Marketplace. The tech is clean and the team is exceptional. We shifted from MVM in June and our team efficiencies have improved by 40% as there are such few issues and anything that pops up is dealt with swiftly by the Garnet team. We have completed a few custom projects with Garnet which have been an absolute success giving us additional features we want. The price is fair and the work is super high quality. Highly recommend this platform and excited for what Garnet have in the pipeline for future functionality.
