Amazing customer service! The founder helped me get the app set up, found the videos I wanted, and also got it loaded onto my site in the position I wanted. Unlike the other app I was using before, there are no view limits. It also looks like there are customizations I can make right in the app though I haven't explored them yet. I like the design - it looks clean and fits in with my site well. I like that the videos play automatically, so it makes the page more engaging from the get go. I can imagine having a whole bunch of these videos with UGC, providing social proof to elevate my products and shopping experience. Thanks Mark!
