I cannot say enough great things about Loopz - especially Michael. We set the app up initially with no issues. Then I wanted to add Store Credit for people who sent a comment about our new website. It involved an app for forms, google sheets and Zapier - Michael walked me through it step by step until it was working perfectly. I wish everything I had to deal with had this level of service. By the way, having the option to have the Gift Certificate emailed at a later date was not a feature we were looking for - but several customers have commented that they love that option! Show more
