-1/5 — Very Disappointed with the Onboarding Team My experience with KwikPass has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to their onboarding process and communication. The onboarding team is slow to respond, and when they finally do, their answers are unclear, incomplete, and far from helpful. Instead of guiding us smoothly through setup, they left us confused and waiting for days at a time. For a service that claims to improve customer experience, their own internal communication is shockingly poor. The lack of urgency, clarity, and support made the entire onboarding process frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Overall, the onboarding experience alone is enough for me to not recommend this product.
