The app works very well, in spite of some of the other apps and integrations it works with. Michael and Paul, the two members of the Intuitive Support team that I've worked with over the last couple of months to troubleshoot on issues with, have been incredibly helpful. They are always available via email and are always quick to respond. On calls, they are personable and friendly and make solving issues together a genuine pleasure. I'm almost sad that another member of my team is taking over management of the app, because it means I probably won't speak to them again! Intuitive Shipping has really helped our store manage shipping in a way that works perfectly for us. Outstanding app and outstanding support. The app is really complex, but in a good way. It allows you to do almost any shipping combination you would like (I haven't been able to find something it can't do) the team are really helpful and explain everything clearly as well as have great support documentation for things you can sort out by yourself. I am in no way a developer and I have worked out how to program and use this app by myself. Highly recommend. Show more
