The app works very well, in spite of some of the other apps and integrations it works with. Michael and Paul, the two members of the Intuitive Support team that I've worked with over the last couple of months to troubleshoot on issues with, have been incredibly helpful. They are always available via email and are always quick to respond. On calls, they are personable and friendly and make solving issues together a genuine pleasure. I'm almost sad that another member of my team is taking over management of the app, because it means I probably won't speak to them again!
