Overall the App is quite easy to use. My only complaint is that it is a little tough to get accurate shipping quotes when you're not using Shopify's shipping settings. It requires a bit of tinkering. The best part is how responsive their team is to issues/said tinkering. They always get back to you quickly and they also are very helpful. So much so, that they're the ones following up with you to make sure that your issue is resolved if you go quiet. Show more
You wont find a better shipping calculator. The setup might be a little hard to get into, but if you need any help just ask them. I was really stuck on one problem, sent an email, explained what i wanted, and the went into my inuitive acct and set up the basics so all i had to do was duplicate for different countries and shipping rates. This works great for me. I'm able to enter all my box dimensions and product dimensions. It then chooses the best box and packs the products accordingly. You can set the maximum weight allowed per box as well. Customer support is quick. I also offer free local ship for certain zip codes. It handles that. It was returning rates higher than what I was paying. I was able to adjust that by a percentage to pass the discount on. I don't think there's any other app that works this well and easy. Show more
The Smartboxing algorithm has been an absolute game-changer for a small business that has been incorporating cubic dimensions into Shipstation manually for years.
