We have a VERY complex shipping system because some items can be packed with others, while other items have no business being anywhere near them. This app allows a us to make shipping possible without losing money because we were just "guessing" at prices. Now we can pinpoint exactly how much it all is. This app integrates seamlessly with our ShipStation account. The biggest issue is that it doesn't really know which UPS/FedEx accounts are what, so it can be a bit of a guessing game. But the support staff is attentive to your needs and willing to help in anyway they can, short of doing everything for you. Our shipping scenarios are a delicate house a cards, but the staff know how to handle things without damaging all the work I've put into making our shipping scenarios work well. Show more
