InstaIndex: IndexNow for Bing

They exercised patience with assisting me on every single feature offered and how to maximize the benefits of the service—even while experiencing connectivity issues on my end; they were nothing short of understanding and helpful. No one was watching the clock and they were committed to educating me until we had completed our entire tutorial. This review may seem long-winded so I'll try to wrap it up, but all this needs to be said—especially regarding the characteristics that need to be highlighted, because the quality of support and guidance I received from InstaIndex was second-to-none. Awesome tool and awesome support team - shout out to Raj for all his help :)

We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.
