This not only enhances the customer experience but also streamlines our fulfillment operations, saving us time and reducing errors. Another standout feature is the Physical Marketing Automation, which allows us to personalize the unboxing experience for our customers, even if our 3PL doesn't support it natively. (EX; I can set up rules for specific orders to include gift boxes or tissue that are listed as products within our 3PL) We're just getting started with it, but it's been a great experience so far and the support is highly responsive!
