Whether it's inserting thank-you notes, promotional materials, or free samples, PLS automates the process based on rules we set up. These rules are easy to set up by product, order or customer tags. Another impressive feature is the level of control it gives us over our shipping process. By utilizing our product dimensions and customizable rules, we can dictate exactly how each order is packaged and shipped. This not only enhances the customer experience but also streamlines our fulfillment operations, saving us time and reducing errors. Another standout feature is the Physical Marketing Automation, which allows us to personalize the unboxing experience for our customers, even if our 3PL doesn't support it natively. (EX; I can set up rules for specific orders to include gift boxes or tissue that are listed as products within our 3PL) We're just getting started with it, but it's been a great experience so far and the support is highly responsive!

We switched to PLS from MYSA after they increased prices. It's more intuitive and is better suited to what we wanted to do.
