I am new to this program, but I want to let others know that if you have issues, Customer Care really seems to actually CARE. Maddox helped me by syncing my existing client base from Shopify so that my existing customers were able to sign up with ease. I also love the ability to customize emails to the clients with images. Although the reporting is fairly basic and currently lacks detailed data break-downs, I cannot fault the team and their chat function. Within 20 minutes of making query there will always be someone live to help with questions etc and I am always left with a problem solved quickly and efficiently. And today I was informed that the data analytics and reporting is in development to cover the exact questions I was enquiring about today - awesome! Show more
