Maddox helped me by syncing my existing client base from Shopify so that my existing customers were able to sign up with ease. I also love the ability to customize emails to the clients with images. Although the reporting is fairly basic and currently lacks detailed data break-downs, I cannot fault the team and their chat function. Within 20 minutes of making query there will always be someone live to help with questions etc and I am always left with a problem solved quickly and efficiently.
