Clunky; transaction amount is not transparent; can't easily gain reports on monthly or by non-profit basis. Good thing is that it connects easy.
Garret and Jose have been amazing to work with. Super responseive, really willing to help us find the best solution for the app on our store. They took the basic layout and then helped us customize it to our site so that it's a best experience for our customers and helps us more easily support the local non-profit. I had looked at other apps and the response time was short and there were many limitations. I highly recommend using this Give & Grow Donations!
First and foremost I loved having a meeting with Garret. 13% in FEES!!! The app itself works great. What kills you is the unnecessary high fees for no apparent reason. They charge 10% Tech Fee + 3% Credit Card Fees + a Monthly Fee to Pay the Charity. We are trying to do good by donating to charity. They are charging exceptionally high fees for simply processing the donation. Please bring down your fees!
