Clunky; transaction amount is not transparent; can't easily gain reports on monthly or by non-profit basis. Good thing is that it connects easy.
Garret and Jose have been amazing to work with. Super responseive, really willing to help us find the best solution for the app on our store. They took the basic layout and then helped us customize it to our site so that it's a best experience for our customers and helps us more easily support the local non-profit. 13% in FEES!!! The app itself works great. What kills you is the unnecessary high fees for no apparent reason. They charge 10% Tech Fee + 3% Credit Card Fees + a Monthly Fee to Pay the Charity. We are trying to do good by donating to charity. They are charging exceptionally high fees for simply processing the donation. Please bring down your fees!
I just started using the app and and very happy with how easy it has been to set up. I had a lot of support during the whole set up process and am now excited to expand my use of the app.
