While the design tools are really slick and you can design engaging experiences, though take a little getting used to the depth of capabilities, the support is where the value shines with Gempages. Sure, there have been simple things they have told me how to do myself. Its the ones where they go away for a little while and come back with a 'Hey we did it for you, check this link' and whatever problem or question on how to do a thing, has been done.
