Beyond frustrating experience trying to get this app set up. The app does not check your existing orders and so I reached out to the support team who offered to manually check it for me. After several days of waiting and hearing nothing back, I reached out to them to find out what was happening and even though I was messaging the same person, I had to repeat all over again because they had no recollection of the conversation or the fact that they've left me waiting for my information. After being asked to repeat myself for the third time I uninstalled the app. Total waste of time and terrible support experience. I found the app itself is very basic and does little to enhance the existing Shopify fraud analysis not ideal if you're looking for something more robust. Show more
