We run a multi-vendor dropship furniture setup on Shopify and needed something that could actually handle vendor feeds, inventory sync, and order routing without us duct-taping it together. Flxpoint is the real deal — enterprise-grade tooling for complex catalog and fulfillment ops, not a lightweight sync app. Getting set up was well supported. Their team walked us through connectors and routing, stayed responsive, and made sure things were configured the right way. Once live, product sync to Shopify has been clean and orders go where they’re supposed to go. Happy with the partnership so far. If you’re running multiple vendors into Shopify and need it done properly, this is the kind of platform you want.
We have been with Flxpoint for past few years. They have always worked to ensure our complex setup was operating smoothly. Really great for multi warehouse routing. Over past year their support team has really striven to take care of any small issues that have arisen. Overall very few problems , reliable uptime, and solid support. We really appreciate them as a key partner in our e-commerce business.
App is bugged, comes with a lot of errors that requires manual intervention, it came up for renewal and now its suddenly £199 a month!? Absolute laughable price, after using it id say its worth £10 - £20 a month at most!
Unfortunately working with FLXpoint required a lot of manual intervention which is quite the opposite of what you would expect from this tool. Creating products on Shopify never worked - every time we try to publish a new Item to Store something does not work as expected and we need to raise tickets to get it sovled. Orders do not Sync correctly and in some cases you won't even get a notification for this so you will find out once a customer complaints. There is no documentation at all. Their support becomes worse and worse with every week. They will always tell you everything works as expected and your setting is the problem until you explain them for the third time and in extreme detail that it's not. We even escalated the case to their Head of Support who after multiple sessions told us that it's just "Our Perception that the tool does not work". And all this while we are on their highest tier plan.
The app does not intergrate well with Shopify. They reccomend 0Auth, it does work. Nor does instructions for app key are correct. They are defrauded me of 7-Trial and gave me 1-Day only. Inventory Source shouldn't have merged with FlxPoint. It doesn't work
