After a few teething issues and a very helpful customer service representative I have become extremely happy with this app. Once I got my head around the 'profiles' and 'templates' the app became user friendly. It out performs the previous one I was using by leaps and bounds. I was not a happy camper when Shopify no longer used Ebay integration. I went on the app store and found CedCommerce ebay integration, it seemed so difficult to use, ( which it really wasn't, it was just new to me). I set up a call with the team to walk me through and boy were they right on top of answering my questions and showing me what to do. Any questions I had after they were able to help me through the chat. I think at first it's intimidating, but once you get over it, it's easy to navigate. Show more

Initial setup was a little confusing but the support team was very helpful and quick to respond, which made things much easier. We've had a few hiccups here and there with items not syncing correctly, but everything was resolved fairly quickly when I reached out for assistance. So far we've been happy with the app. Show more
