Fast to solve a problem but problems keep happening. This app has slowed down my ebay sales significantly. Listing is slow to post. If a listing fails to post it does not give you a reason why and you ave to figure it out yourself. Also, I had the issue where I can only sell to businesses, which I I turned off but my listing still had this problem. Even got customer service to fix it and it still happened. Not good Show more

I've been using the app for about a week now, and am so far very pleased with it. It has really reduced the production time in posting across shopify and ebay. It's pretty intuitive to use and the dashboard is convenient. We've run into a couple minor issues but the chat feature is fantastic, as is the customer service who solved the issues for us immediately. They are clearly very responsive to reviews, as well as dedicated to improving the product and solving customer issues. It has been very impressive. As the product looks to progress and improve, I will note my wishes for improvements: I wish there was more mapping between shopify product fields and ebay, especially a way to denote the category. I would love to see one upload/app integration for multiple channels - including Etsy, Ebay, TikTok, etc. and the ability to toggle between and custom map fields. Until then, we're choosing to work with both the Ebay and Etsy integrations because we've been so pleased with how relatively seamless it's been. Show more
