Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to mitigate payment holds on high volume shopify stores. Chris is an amazing customer support rep!

I feel like I've given this app a fair shot at this point - it's been a few months. Other than multiple communications asking me to provider collaborator access, despite the fact that I have already done this and it shows this as complete, I've had no support from this app. On the other hand, they have also had a win-rate of 0%, with no real detail what they did or why they lost. Great idea - I hope another app developer picks this up and runs with it. Hopefully this reviews helps save others time with testing this one out. ymmv, but I suggest look elsewhere.
