Minus 5 STAR... WORST APP EVER. CHEATER and LOOTER. Any issues reported directly with delhivery on their site as support tickets are not being addressed. For every genuine issue we face, they are not addressing any of those and closing the tickets. They dont deliver, return the products to earn double fare as to and fro charges. We loose business and customers. Also, their charges are very inconsistent as they show a charge based on weight and dimension while we manifest. For most of orders, they take additional amount later(without any intimation). On site calculation is based on their tool, then sure why so much disparity. So your recharge balance will keep going down and it will be very hard to figure out or sort out any issues with them. Show more
They send automated emails promptly to ask a five star rating on Shopify store but they never bother to contact the customer why he is still unable to start shipping. They want their shop to look exclusive at front but are not willing to serve the customers. Show more
