This R&E app has taken our customer experience for Exchanges and Returns to the next level. By not only tracking, but also processing and automatically sending out e-mail updates to our customers, the customer is always up-to-date on the status of their Return/Exchange and doesn't have to contact us for questions, not even in case of delays.
