Negate has made a HUGE difference in the performance of our ads since we installed it ≈ 18 months ago. For years, bot-triggered events had been sent back to ad platforms and drowning out legitimate signal with noise, but within days of install we started seeing a *massive* improvement in traffic quality because now only human-triggered events were being passed back to Meta, Google, et al. I've also been repeatedly impressed by Negate's prompt replies to CS inquiries and the care they've taken in thoroughly researching issues I've brought to their attention in order to provide top-notch customer service.

First started using this service a couple years ago when my website was getting data scraped from bots 24/7. Most likely coinciding with all the AI training companies were beginning to do. The data scraping wrecked my suggested items widgets, preventing them from popping up. This service immediately eliminated all of those bot visits. The bot visits have slowed down recently so I reached out to customer service to adjust my plan.
