The main features are fine, but the Autorun feature for an Autofulfill Sheet Vendor is broken. It doesn't run. We have to manually Edit the vendor, save the same settings, in order for the autorun to run. What's the point of Autofulfill if it doesn't autorun as scheduled? We've been trying to reach out and get a response from the developers and it has been impossible. We've sent several emails in the past 3 weeks and they haven't responded yet. We received an autoresponse email saying they'll "reply before Monday" but it's been 2 weeks. We're just looking to get the autorun feature to actually work. Unfortunately, there's no other app that fits our needs. Once the autorun feature for a vendor is working, then it's fine.

Finally an app that solves my problems. Managing 15 supplier orders from one store was tough, but this gives each of them their own portal to view orders and upload tracking from their end. Show more
I'm not sure why the reviews of this app are good - this app just doesn't work. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel the need to in this case as I've given them so many chances and I'm so disappointed. The app hasn't once done what it claims to do, and customer support are almost non existent. Orders aren't fulfilling or they're partially fulfilling despite tracking information being added. At times our customers have received notifications when they shouldn't have, or their orders have been partially fulfilled. AVOID. Show more
Im a very long time paying customer. App used to be great with good customer service. However it 'breaks' once per month lately. No orders have been emailed to our vendors for 5 days and still no help from customer service. Im trying to find a new app today Show more
