Art of Where ‑ Print on Demand

I've been using Art of Where since my Etsy times in 2017 and later in Shopify all the way until 2026 and counting. It is true that (so far) their production times are on the slow side, but they make up for it with some of the best products in my shop, the quality of their fabrics and the printing are unparalleled, people love them despite the wait, and when there is an issue, they have always solved it. The app works very well, I like how easy is to create new products,sync them to the orders, send them to production, and then the app also handles the order confirmation with Shopify (which not all POD apps can do). It's also very easy and fast filter and ignore other products from Shopify, which helps keep everything organized. Despite the speed, Art of Where is a reliable company, with great customer service, and the app is safe and easy to use.

Art of Where is my go to print on demand company. The colours are vibrant, the service spectacular and the helpdesk is friendly and solves any problems quickly. Since 2018 this has been my go to print on demand company! Try them you won't be disappointed! 10 out of 10

Was easy to add to Shopify, and the process flows smoothly. Art of Where has taken a huge responsibility off my plate and I'm grateful to continue being a customer.

There was a complete lack of efficient communication. My order was in production for over two weeks!!! Another order was in paid status for over 5 days. Definitely poor service. This is not acceptable for any business. Extremely disappointing.

I've received several legging samples and a skater dress sample from AOW and love both the fabric and print quality. I look forward to creating more products in the near future. As for customer service, I had a great experience when requesting the recovery of some original design file uploads that I lost on my end. I did not save them in the image library so I sent an email requesting if they could be sent to me. Paige responded within 24 hrs and sent me a WeTransfer link with all the original design files that I had requested the very next day. Thank you Paige! That saved me many hours of work. Greatly appreciated!
