APC 123

Great App with excellent support. After being disappointed with other couriers and their rubbish support, it's refreshing to get something that works. As I'm not so tech savvy, its been so helpful that you can speak with someone knowledgeable to help set it up and answer any questions too.

We were using another shipping integration but it wasn't doing what we needed when we moved from Wordpress with WooCommerce to Shopify. I came across APC123 and wow, the customer service has been flawless, Dan has been so supportive in helping us achieve what we needed from the App and sorting any issues we had. Definitely worth the paid account as it seamlessly integrates with Shopify orders and allows us to print labels individually and in bulk with advance dates which was exactly what we needed. Dan has even managed to automatically calculate how many boxes, therefore labels, we need for our 'non-standard' Christmas orders which is fantastic as this was a manual process before. Having historically used APC's delivery services we recently brought them back onboard as another courier option. We looked initially at other options that would allow us to consolidate all couriers into one app, however the pricing was not a reasonable jump. APC123 is a no fuss integration that is easy to install, easy to set-up and offers an automated equivalent of APC's own shipment screen, making it familiar and easy to understand. Most importantly, their communication and willingness to help has been second to none. I contacted them to discuss a few questions I had around functionality and they could not have been more willing to listen and take on board where potential improvements could be made. We are making the switch from DPD to APC due to a number of factors but one of the key requirements for our new supplier was a very well functioning app on Shopify for having our labels automated. APC123 has not disappointed with being able to have a max weight per parcel, auto filling all required boxes, batch creating labels, packaging weight and more. I spoke with Ben on getting everything sorted and he was more than happy to help with the questions I had and promises there is some more advanced features in the pipeline which I cant wait to try out. APC123 is the perfect Shopify app companion if you are thinking or already using APC to ship your parcels (which I recommend as the customer service both for sender and receiver is leaps and bounds better than all the other major suppliers we have used).
