One of the best AI Bots we have worked with!
I first found this app on another site and thought it was amazing, it suggested the questions i had and showed me the answers quickly! It was really easy to setup and configure. The few issues I had were solved very quickly by the team and they worked the solutions into the product updates. I've been A/B testing and the Alby version is up over the non-AI version. However mobile isn't as strong as desktop. The team tells me they are working on mobile improvements and i have no doubt it will improve conversion there as well. Show more
