Having evaluated a few different survey apps, Zigpoll stood out in terms of two areas. 1.) Service - I had a lot of questions specifically about the functionality and control we would have with our surveys. Jason was super informative and walked me through everything. It wasn't a sales pitch either. I never felt pressured or pushed into their app. 2.) App functionality - Surveys were easy to setup and integrate into Shopify. The app has so many features giving you a lot of control. The reporting is amazing. You can raw data access or charts/insights that allows you to better understand your customers. I am almost 2 weeks into using the app and have 3 surveys running collecting 500-1000 responses a week. No complaints. I highly recommend this app! Show more
