Update - I just had to verify SMS and Melvin was an awesome rep. Helped me to verified. still have to wait a week or so. I’m giving 5 stars because I know they are trying. However if you use the free version you will get texts from customers but you can’t read or reply to them unless you upgrade. That’s not acceptable on my end to leave customers hanging. It needs to be changed. Either remove that capability for the free version or limit the amount of customers. Other than that it seems to perform ok.
