The support was great - always willing to help with detailed explanations. This app uses percentages to get the wholesale price, but we do not use percentages for our wholesale pricing, so we had to enter like 46.6777758234876% to get the correct price, and it took a few passes to get it right. That's the only thing that caught us by surprise, but they came through with great support every time and the app worked exactly like it was supposed to. WAY better experience than the "Customer Pricing" App which was a total disaster. Show more
