The app works just like it says it does and when I had some integration issues with other apps, they worked to get those fixed for me as well. I like that the app doesn't create variants for each discount, the way this app works seems much cleaner to me. I used to have a system for retail and a system for wholesale. But it has been very difficult keeping track of inventory and ship dates due to the two systems pulling from the same inventory stock. Now that I have wholesale and retail both on shopify, the inventory and the orders are all in one place. I have another app to sync to quickbooks for complete accounting, and another app to sync to shipstation to keep track of shipments. This app has made it easier for my wholesale customers to quickly order online and it has reduced my workload a ton! Show more

I chose this app because of the other reviews I read. I would just like to say customer service is so important to my business, and I expect the same from other businesses. Supple Apps has exceeded my expectations in not only custom coding the app for us to meet our needs, but also in their quick email responses. I usually was responded to within an hour. I highly recommend this app! Also, the custom coding was super affordable, so if you need to add a few things that aren't offered in the initial app, reach out to them. They coded it quickly so we could get our site launched in time. Show more
