It took a lot of time to work around the app to get it to work. I'm still testing so I can't say yet. But this review, I give 5 star for the great customer service by Kay! Kay has been super helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly. I always see people review about these things but this is the first time I ever connected with such an amazing CS. I dropped 1 star because it's pretty difficult to set up the thing and testing took a lot of effort.. I'll be back to revise the review if the app itself fails me. :X Show more

This app has always worked really well for us. We just changed themes and had some issues with the code. Their customer service teams and developers hopped right on it and had it fixed within the day. Show more

This is the third time we have used their customer service and they were very quick to respond and fix an issue for us. Not sure if we have had such a good response with any other app service team we have used. If customer service is high on your list when it comes to using a specific app, this team does a VERY good job. Show more

I unfortunately couldn't get B2B Wholesale Club to play nicely with other App integrations on my shopify store. So, was forced to uninstall it after about $2,000.00 and many hours of time trying to troubleshoot a successful implementation of the tool. I'm going to have to find another B2B solution. I do believe B2B Wholesale Club would be fine on its own without other Apps that effect product discounts. In my opinion, it is probably a good decision to install this App ONLY if you do not plan to install or affect discounted pricing for D2C e-comm purchases. Show more
