Thought we had some problems with the Wholesale Club app, their support is fast and efficient (thanks Alex and Emily) and helped us find out the actual cause (which was a Shopify update to the Markets settings). Do be aware that Shopify's in-built multi-currency stuff is not supported, so all your markets need to have the same default currency if you're selling to multiple countries. We use a separate 3rd party app called BEST Currency to display converted currencies to international customers, that does seem to mostly cooperate with Wholesale Club. Update 2024-Aug-27 - had some minor issue with a discount code not automatically syncing. Contacted them and it was fixed in 10 minutes. 10/10 customer support. Show more
