I'll be honest, when we first approached the idea of using Wholesale Gorilla, we were a bit shook by the price tag. That's a chunk of change for a small business that is just breaking into the wholesale world, however let me tell you what. While the functionality of the app is excellent, the customer service is where it's at. We recently had an issue where we updated our theme and for the life of us couldn't figure out why the application sheet on our site wasn't working. Not only did they respond quickly and with a tone that truly felt helpful, they collaborated with our shopify store, went through the code and found that we had missed an extra /head in our code. When you own a business, you have to wear all the hats, and as much as I try to understand the coding side to handle little stuff, there are some many other things I need to do with our business. Knowing that I can reach out and they are knowledgable and eager to help is a life saver. If you are looking to get into wholesale and don't want to lose AT LEAST this much a month to Faire, wholesale gorilla is your choice. Thanks y'all! Show more
