I had previously given this app a 1-star rating as I had so many problems with the setup. I have upgraded to a 3-star as after some time I did eventually get some assistance and was able to resolve most of the issues, but it was still a difficult and costly app to use. I have since transferred to B2B ordering and would highly recommend checking out this alternative, it is cheaper, easier to set up, help desk is very responsive and fast, was a completely different experience to using this app and my wholesale orders are just rolling in its great. Was there a learning curve? Yes. Were there some glitches and customization needed and support tickets sent? Yes. And the team is amazing, they are responsive and clear and helpful and what's best, human. They are lovely and personable and never annoyed by my nervous time sensitive small-biz-owner-distracted queries. Bottom line, the app works exactly as I need and gives me total control over growing the wholesale side of my business.
