This is by far the best shipping tool available. I had a lot of trouble getting different rates, box sizes to different parts of the country. Shopify did not have any solutions for this. Update - 1.5 years later - app is pristine, works incredibly well and the customer service is top-notch ASR is a complete game-changer for our business, US Citrus. I could not think of one thing a business would need to do with regards to shipping that this app could not handle. The amount of logic that went into building this platform is staggering. This is the second website I've installed this app on for a bunch of various shipping specifics (location, weight, carrier for different products, etc). It was working flawlessly... until the head of the company wanted to make everything free shipping for a week. Unfortunately, I decided the best way was to deactivate but not delete the app so I wouldn't lose all the customizations. This was probably not the best solution. BUT... MOLLY TO THE RESCUE!!!!
