This app is a traditional SaaS enterprise software they will trap you in a yea long contract that is super expensive. There is no way to cancel the contract either I dont even think Trust Piliot should be allowed to be in the Shopify App ecosystem because the billing set up is so different than the other apps. No trial period, no cancelation policy- a complete TRAP! Show more
I used this app for 12 months, we signed a subscription that cost 330 euros a month, the conversion rate from trust pilot was less than 1%, in our service we had account manager that didn't give us enough support to get it better. now they are trying to force us in another 12 months contract because we didn't give 30 days notice period canceling it stay away! What is going on?? Nobody can log in, rendering the app and integrations useless. This needs to be sorted NOW. Show more
