Updated the app and lost all my product reviews. Cannot get any support, this is costing me sales by the hour. The app developer is the issue as Trust Pilot has all my reviews but the app won't display them! Do not update the app!!! Show more
Removed the app with the intention of reinstalling it as the widget customiser stopped working meaning that my site has been missing widgets for over a week now. Can't reinstall as I get an error message saying the page cannot be found when I press "add app". We pay £400 a month to this multinational company and they can't even get an app right. Support has been useless so far, blaming it on 3rd party ad blockers - I have none on the multiple devices I've tried to get this working on. Unacceptable. Show more

Trustpilot reviews are valuable for my business, but don't get sucked in, unless you're willing to pay $200+ per month (paid 12 months upfront) just to be able to have YOUR reviews from YOUR customers showing on YOUR website. Trustpilot is a trusted source of reviews and they've helped my business, but they've shut down third party apps from showing YOUR customer reviews on YOUR site. It's easy to collect reviews with Trustpilot but I'd recommend Google reviews so you can show them on your site as you need. For a business that generates social proof, they really should deal better with their customers. Show more
Poor Support and buggy App. The widget is not editable, since the customize function doesn't work. Since days I don't get any support on my issue. Very dissapointed - Trusted Shops is probably the better option. Show more
